Love no heat registers in the floors!! I love nice throw rugs n I hate the dirt n other ickies that collects in those!! Also love table n 4 chairs n the coffee bar all of my must haves...Awesome...❤❤

We just purchased one last week exact model with (2) Air Conditioners. It has the 12v DC Fridge and Electric stabilizers and solar package. It has every option they offer. We updated the interior fans and had them install the Fan-Tastic vent fans with rain sensors and remote, and also added the tire pressure monitoring system that works with the Bluetooth One Control system in the RV. We looked at the reflection and purchased this model because of the lighter interior and layout with Island. The dark interior of the reflection looks dated, and old, not to mention it makes the interior feel smaller. The only thing I wish it had was someone to pay the note... LOL.. This is by far the nicest camper in the the tag along models. Tons of room, storage and features. We do not have young children anymore so we went with the Rear Living (RL model) Absolutely love this RV... Pure Luxury

Love the trailers from grand design I’m glad you opened in Abbotsford I’ve been going there frequently to get various things from the parts department and to look at all the new trailers I did speak to a salesman about a trailer from woody’s unfortunately traveland only sells them It’s to bad you guys can’t bring them to Abbotsford

Outstanding review with great details. The 2970 is definitely one were interested in. I have a 2019 Ram Laramie 4x4, Tow rating is 11.5K and Payload is 1600lbs, is there a safe and effective percentage of these max capacities that an owner would want to tow? Like 80 -90 % for safety and not straining the engine. Thanks

I almossssst bought one. Until I checked how cheap the structure (sheet metal screws) into the slide. & my rear retractable electric stabilizers jammed up…. Oh ya cracks in the taillights / fender flares…. Cheaply made in my opinion.

What is the thickness of the steel used on the frame? It is a Lippert frame which is a cause for concern because of all the KZbin videos with lippert issues.

The Solar Panel and 12V fridge were added to the 2022’s coming off the assembly line in September of 2021. You very well may have a 2022 without these new features. We hope this helps.

The refrigerator opens in the wrong direction. I’ve never seen one open that way-Is it reversible?

Linda, great observation! The reason the door opens that way is so you can access the fridge with the slide out closed. If it opened the other way it would hit the island. Hope this explains why it opens the way it does.😀

@@Imperfect_Mom When the slides are in on the refrigerator side it touches the island and won’t open. You can’t even get in there when they’re closed. The only thing you can access when the slides are in is the bathroom and the bedroom.

2022 ford expidition has a tow capacity of 9,300. could i tow this rv with that truck suv ?

doesnt matter what tow capacity is on your vehicle, it matters what the payload capacity is. a trailer dry weight of 730 lbs, which is way below what it would be actually with batteries, propane, food, gear, water etc, and the weight of passengers and gear and gas in your vehicle all together will be a limiting factor in towing this trailer.

No way. You will strain your engine badly as well as ruin your frame over time. For you it will be a payload problem. It’s not about what you can pull.. it’s more like what you can stop safely.

The roof is the main fault in all RV's. They all leak. The sealant they use is a joke. You need to keep slathering it on every few months.

Your videos are usually very good. This one not so much. To rushed and to much talking about 1/2 ton towable and hitch weight/payload, which I don’t think it is and to much talking about heat registers. Most customers buying this trailer already know about payload and hitch weight. This trailer offers so much you didn’t even mention it.
