I don’t like the “oh chat is coping for this guy” culture. Investing a claim is not making excuses. It’s investing a claim because all the other possibilities have not been ruled out yet. The fact people can’t see things as fast as banana man means that they need to the logic and reasoning laid out. It’s leads to a chilling effect on questions and leads people to not trust you as much because they don’t see things you see and any disagreement is “ coping”

At 10:00 there is no gameplan behind the retake. Indecision is clear and it further shines when there is no intensity behind his fight on viper. 2 cloudbursts can scale up into the bombsite, slicing the pie at rubble could isolate fights, swinging with the vandal on 8 rounds is enough when you have a dash ready to escape. Have the jett study a pro to develop his own playstyle, understanding what makes jett a good agent and the mixups you can come up with by branching off someone else's gameplay. Don't waste time inventing the wheel.

A better perspective is this jett is crutching on movement alone to hit shots. So target confirmation only happens once she is standing directly in front of someone. Get this player to pivot and aim his crosshair and put less emphasis on the "movement" or "angle advantage" which has pushed this bad habit to the extreme. This player is not moving his mouse enough and arguably isn't aiming at all. Put this player on an aim train routine to build confidence hitting shots. Better if its not on DM because he will go back to playing his comfort strafes. Bad news, this is his muscle memory to not move his arm at all to get into position. Good valorant gameplay involves the best movement and crosshair placement together and not separately. So this player must learn the mechanics at the basics so he can catch up with his movement. This player will never be able to take good fights if he cannot approach an enemy the right way. 50/50's 60/40's, even 90/10 fights will always feel terrible. Anyone with more range of arm movement will win every time.

Hey i've got a question and I figure this is a decent place to ask it, I'm bronze 1 and am seriously working on my aim(its extremely bad). I am also working on everything else like communication, peeking, pushing ect. What I'm wondering is when I'm practicing in deathmatch or in the range should i focus on making sure my crosshair is on their head and then shooting, or just going off instinct and flicking.

I think in your case target confirmation is more important than flicking. You want to build the muscle memory first so that the automatic can come later. Flicks are almost an automatic response and like 90% muscle memory working faster than your eyes recognizing the crosshair on head, if you don't know how to crosshair oh head properly the flick will always be a little off.

Don't overwhelm yourself too much! Focus on one particular thing first. In your case you should follow hooj's guide for below-gold. By focusing on every aspect of the game you spread your focus too thin to effectively train anything and you'll end up learning less and worse. After you get to Gold (considering you have your gunfight hygiene at good level) you can focus on different things. Communication is important, yes, but you should focus on it when you're in plat and higher.
