This is the video ive been waiting for! I will give a personal opinion tho. You keep on going on about it being very cumbersome to set up. I find for me, using psvr. Or my android cell phone. It is extremely easy . Just have my BT on for my S20 Ultra and it auto connects. And it only takes 3 seconds to do the clips. And with my psvr. My 3.5mm audio cable will already be attached to my headset so all I have to worry about it clipping it on. Just me tho. I find 10 seconds of putting on. Is no issue at all. And always plug it in to charge when my sessions done. Im glad youre enjoying the products and look forward to more content!

Got the strap and agree on all points. I did strap it to the back of my head (starting with sensory turned down), and that was the most enjoyable/immersive position for me. Definitely an unintended use and definitely dangerous, but humans. Looking forward to trying it with a friend's occulus.

I received my vest yesterday. It was very easy to set up. Listening to music is great. You feel like you are there. Turn up the intensity for front row seats or down for the balcony.:) Gaming is awesome now. You know when you get shot. Sim racing with it and my Rift S and DOF motion sim is amazing. I have a Dayton Bass Shaker under my seat. We just need Smell o Vision to add more immersion.

I just got the strap edge, it makes you really appreciate well produced music/audio. The only complaint I’d have for it is that you have to have your volume on max to maximize the intensity.

I got the strap. For music, it's good but not great. I don't know why, it's like the thump isn't that big when comparing it to a subwoofer as there loads of little vibrations instead of a big one, and if I move fast by dancing of running, I cant feel it at all. For gaming, though it feels much better as you don't always want that thump, and when you do get it feels great. Most of the time when I use I'll be sitting still anyway. I wear my strap like a messenger bag, If you have a belly it will absorb the effect. 😉

@@anthonytruong8900 You might wear it for the first rep, and then rip it off for being distracting and in the way. Doing bench press, squats or deadlifts, your movement will reduce contact with your body and will lose tactile feeling.

@@bxmully To be honest, it´s a bit gimmicky. For guitar, the frequency range is too low to add any feel, maybe if you played bass? But! If you smoke that jazzytobaccy and listen too any bass heavy track, it is actually really fun! I haven´t used it for maybe a month now, but I just hit that bong , definitely gonna bring out the woojer strap now! Thanks for reminding me I have it haha! I hope that helps dude

The strap I wear just above my hip near my kidney. That way it is out of the way . I did a lot of gardening yesterday in the yard wearing the strap all the time. The vest is just awesome. The only way the vest really shows its glory is on songs that have been modified with bass boosting. All older songs dont have that (especially my Rock tracks). Your review is spot-on! You must have put a lot of work int the video because you covered many aspects of it I am experiencing. I do like the vest MORE for the music aspect of things over gaming. My kids would choose the vest for gaming purposes. The vest is on a totally different spectrum than the strap (6 'changing' vibrations as opposed to only one is just not a fair battle). I would guess if you are one of those people who often does VR gaming (I'm not one) you will want to save up money to get the vest.

Great video 👍 I was undecided on this for months and just ordered the vest on indigogo yesterday. Glad I went for the vest after watching this. It does appear more cumbersome to get on and off than I initially thought with the straps but I'm sure it's worth it for medium to long gaming sessions. I a 45 year old man, my 13 year old daughter and son 10 years old, the reaction 'Yeah and what?' we have old tried formula 1 car races with high base, John Wick Red Circle shootout scene, and few music tracks. The only thing this thing is good for is busting your ears with high volume and a soundtrack that has good base. Otherwise useless. My personal expectation was to feel the shots in the John Wick movie, the tyre rumble on harsh tracks in Formula 1 race. The music soundtracks played good with nice bass, but you have to have the vol at full max, which neither I or the kids liked it. It certainly was not for my family, it was waste of money. Now I have return with losing the export duty fee and delivery!

I imagine using the vest in elite dangerous would be amazing, especially if you happen upon a capital class ship jumping into a conflict zone. The sound design in the game is already amazing, this would just make it so much better

You need to turn your phone up to max volume, then turn down the volume on the strap itself. That way you can effectively control the strength of the vibrations and the volume independently using the controls on the strap.

For music, I have some Skull Candy Crushers with haptic bass. They're awesome. I have orderes the strap. I use the headphones for stimulation to counter ADHD. I ordered the strap because it will be more flexible especially if it's quiet.
