Some places need this i work at a place where people think they can hide and smoke 10 ciggerettes a day while everyone else is working. Alot off people lifting up the lighter boxes so the others do all the heavier stuff alot games the staff play and now they want more money lolllllll they get paid 38 an hour and if your casual you get 44. Give me the job ill start tomorrow

That's because of a High Court ruling that made media companies in Australia responsible for the comments made by others under their social media posts. As such, most media companies consider it safer to turn off comments or only leave them open so long as they have a moderator available.

I feel this is going to happen here in NZ. Claims things are cheaper/going to be and yet, everything's expensive still, literally see staff everywhere in several I've been to non-stop stacking shelves, just in general they look severely stressed.

If Woolworths is paying people 40% above award wage that is fair. More than fair. Think the workers know they’ll be able to get more striking at a hectic time of year.

We're some of the highest paid workers in the world. The problem is the cost of living.. There's no relief, or relief which seems to have some type of impact.. tax cuts to the high end of town and then the now no longer "middle" class (who have become lower class now almost pretty much) have to foot the bill for all of it. Which are the people making the country run. It's a shame really. I speak to many various people on a daily basis face to face and some of the elder ones are sad at what our country has become. We used to make everything etc etc.. but that's what MONEY and RESOURCES does.. China were smart in that aspect and now the world pretty much relies on them. GG!

Hate people like this women. She is making a squillion dollars but acts like the workers are the problem. They have lost more than the payrise would of cost. In regards to the safety concerns, what would she know about the measures affecting safety, no chance she has ever worked a second on a warehouse floor.
