I was hit in the head with a fire poker when I was 21. Doctors had to remove 3/4 of the left side of brain starting with the frontal lobe and back. I lost a lot my mobility on my right side, but I was able to keep enough of my mobility to work, run skid loaders, cranes, things like that. I was also able to keep my mind. I ran my own tree service. To tell the truth of all the things that happened to me, the not being able to run anymore, having to have someone cut my steak, things like that. The only thing that I wouldn't have been able to deal with would have been not being able to think and express myself. If I would have not been able to think I would have ended my life right there. At one time I couldn't add 2+2, I couldn't spell my name. It was bad. I respect Wooski. I know where he has been, and I know what it took for him to get to where he is now. This man is a fighter. I saw a lot people that didn't have the injury's that me and Wooski have, people that gave up and never recovered. Salute Wooski! Don't ever be ashamed of your war scars because anyone that would disrespect you for them or make fun of you because of them, would never have woken up to get to where you are now.
