You have to declare reactions to shooting attacks before the roll is made. This was faq from a while

The retinue being added to the Primarch price limits Horus, Vulkan, Manus, Guilliman, Magnus, Lorgar, Alpharius, Dorn, Russ, and any other primarch that is roughly at 500pts base before retinue is added while playing a 3k game. The fact that Corrupted Horus is 1k base is horrendous for a slightly better unit. There are a lot of rules that I like, never come up because no one uses them, and certain builds are just too good to not use. Thank you for the batrep.

Horus, Russ, Dorn and Vulkan all can just use an elite slot for the dudes they run with. Lion does require it if you bring companions (you should), but then you just cough up 120 pts on a barebones praetor

44:23 100% sure that you dont NEED to do instant death wounds first. The attacked player decides the order of wound resolving. Nor ID nor precision strikes change this. p.187

Nice BR!! I love World Bearers ❤ But one question, Why do you shoot the "gravitat" like this? It's not the proper way to do it! You have to fire each gun shot by shot and stop when you miss (max 6 per gun).

That is not the case, you only roll 1 at a time and stop on a roll of a 1 when firing armorbane or gets hot weapons during chain fire. That is why both the gravitat and a warp-fire moritat are such good options

When you receive a wound on a model when you make armor saves -- you must continue to save these particular model. You cannot jump between models in the unit.

That is 9th edition. Not true at all in herecy. In herecy you can take saves on anyone unless a moddle is wounded then you must put them on that one unless it's a character unite type then you can take saves on anyone else you prefer or keep it on them

So, the whole "use lightning claws to get 8 machinator array attacks" definitely does not work. Lightning claws are specialist weapons, and you only get bonus attacks if attacking and using two specialist weapons. Should be a max of 6 machinator attacks, or 6 lightning claw and 2 machinator.
