Everyone keeps saying Untamed is better, but I disagree. I liked WOH much better. For me, the characters were much more likeable. I especially loved the familal bonds developed within the drama. Simon was so good to his "children." In particular Simon's fights with his elder were scene stealers.😂😂 I also liked the fact that there was no doubt that they were a couple, some of their lines made it quite clear. I'm amazed they made it through the censors!

Watched this 4 times. Best BL ever. None can beat it in my eyes. Both main actors did well. Zhang Zhehan (Zhou Zishu) is number one for me. The most experienced actor of the two. With a good team they all pulled it off to become the best BL ever. Sadly though, the framing of Zhang Zhehan denied him of not only his name but all credits owing to him for being the most popular Chinese actor during that period. I like him because he shows his true self, not someone fake. Always a Zhang Zhehan fan. He's back on his way up and he's taking his name back. No one can control him like the perpetrators tried to do and that is why he was punished. Good to see him doing his concerts. Stay awesome Zhang Zhehan

@@hanbinie6295 watched it already a few times actually. i like CQL too but not as hard as i like the 2 i mentioned. i prefer Mo Dao Zu Shi than The Untamed. but for Word Of Honor & Guardian, i got contented with the drama with the acting of the male lead & main character. my problem with The Untamed actually is the acting of WYB at the first few episodes. i dont know, maybe it's just me. but compared to WOH & Guardian actors, WYB's quite cringe (i can't find a better term to describe it, it's not totally cringe but quite). tho it's actually at the first few eps only. he improved gradually. in terms of production, i can say The Untamed is way better tho.

@@hanbinie6295 me saying wyb's acting is quite not good isn't really a drag. coz first of all, he lacks experience that time. so of course his performance in that drama will be quite lacking. it's not about the character but how he played the character. but this is for sure, he will be a great actor going forward with all the dramas he's getting into. even in the The Untamed, i've seen his improvement already. and I LOVE HIM & XIAO ZHAN! i've actually stalked them & became a fan during the heights of The Untamed. Regarding Wen Kexing, he's alive in the novel, both of them. Wu Xi (Great Shaman) is the one who healed ZZS from the 7 nails of aperture, not WKX or YBY. They traveled to the mountain where Ye Baiyi lived, the Great Shaman treated Zishu there. WKZ dying in the drama is because of Chinese censorship 😔 Because of that, I believe in the novel more than in the drama hahahaha
