Ruth Kadiri and Uchenna are taking over Nollywood with their short and enjoyable movies. Their movies hardly beyond two hours infact most of them are 1h.30m. Very easy to understand unlike some movies which go for more than 5 hours and one looses interest. Kudos guys

Forgiveness - the key to freeing your heart and soul. Sometimes family members are locked in an internal battle , not able to see the woods for the trees. Then God sends a peacemaker and lives are transformed. This movie has touched a raw nerve. Presently I'm estranged from two of my adult children - when two elephants fight, only the grass is affected, right? Well, I disagree... sometimes the elephants' hurt is masked by thick skin.😢 I fervently pray that God will send a Clinton to facilitate healing. I pray that He will soften the hardest of hearts. Thanks Ruth, for shining a light on such an issue of family dysfunction - this is more prevalent we care to admit. This was handled with a great deal of sensitivity. Yes, the acting was great, the soundtrack amazing but my takeaway was the storyline... the redemptive power of forgiveness 🥰💕

Our society is more communal where family, friends and neighbors support each other, listen to each other and make room for people to grow from honest mistakes. It may sound like culture but why I said it’s not is cos there are over 350 languages in Nigeria yet we are more similar than different. I would like to think that our sense of and commitment to community is a big factor. I am Nigerian, born and raised there too but I have also traveled the world so it has made me appreciate our diversity in general.

I think i have watched Maurice Sam in movies to realize that he is evolving as an actor. He has always had great interpretation skills but there's something different about him in recent times. MS, please if you ever get to read this comment, in my opinion, this haircut suites you more than your signature mohawk, no matter the role you are playing. Also, Atewe is such a great Actor. Would also love to see him play more roles. Ruth Kadiri, you are a breath of fresh air! I believe you were born for this! Keep up the great work!

Ruth is such a phenomenal talent. You really have to admire a mind that can be so accomplished and skilled. I love that she brings stories to the screen that help people to work through so many situations and even to just recognize that challenges and problems exist. She brings human situations of family, love, relationships, ethics and morals to the surface and shows ways to handle the situations and heal and transform into better people. And she does it always with class and skill. I love the character that Maurice played here. His physical good looks and condition were not the focus but rather his caring personality, his integrity, his willingness to assist a sister into being her better self and forgiving the person she was when trying to save her mother's life. Everybody grew and became a better person after making mistakes, hurting ones they loved and hurting themselves. I just cannot give Ruth enough praises. And as it takes a village to put together such excellent productions, I also gladly praise her people that work together. Teamwork makes the dreamwork. I really love Nollywood/African cinema. It is the future of a sane and progressive and respectful society. And that was beautiful music at the conclusion.May our ancestors be proud of us.
