I have Word 2016 and i want to print some pictures in colour and it is continously printing images in black and white and i really don't know what to do now , i want this images quickly as soon as possible.. please help. i have hp Officejet 5742..

I'd first make sure you're using a color printer. Then you'll need to make sure you have sufficient ink in the cartridges if it is a color printer. Also check your print options; black and white may be checked off instead of color. We hope this helps!

Do you have more than one printer connected to your computer? I'd also make sure if that's the case that the color printer is the one highlighted. Unfortunately, if that doesn't work I'm afraid we aren't able to help much. We are a small nonprofit educational program and have limited resources as a nonprofit, so we're unable to troubleshoot.

Hi!! I have made a table on a word document and I want to print the table in the size I originally made it but when I print it, my table becomes smaller. The other word I used had a 'fit actual size' option but I cannot find that in word 2016. When I choose the no scaling option it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong and how can I print actual size? Thanks!!

It is possible to click the 1 Page Per Sheet command and select Scale to Paper Size > No Scaling, but that’s what it defaults to anyway, so that may not change anything. But assuming your document is set to the same paper size as the printer, it shouldn’t scale anyway. it’s also possible that it may scale everything down slightly if part of the document goes outside the printable area. Are you trying to print on a different size of paper?

But how can i change the printing process from high quality to standard? High quality takes a lot more time and more ink. I used to work on word 2007 and there was an option for that but i cant see it in 2016.

If you click the Printer Properties link below the name of the printer, it will open your printer settings. The specific options will vary depending on the printer, but it should allow you to make adjustments to the quality level. Hope this helps!

I have Word 2016 and when I'm going to print the document the bottom of the page doesn't show in the print preveiw. When I print it the bottom of the page won't print. Could you tell me how to fix that.... ( I have hp deskjet 1510 series printer)

Without standing in front of your computer or printer, we're not exactly sure what the issue would be here. We'd recommend trying another file to see if it's just the document you're trying to print or if it's happening throughout Word. Either way, it's best to close the program entirely, then reopen it to see whether it works. We hope it helps!

GCFLearnFree.org I tried with another file and and the problem didn't fix. It's like the printer automatically create a space on the bottom of the page. I tried to fix it from printer's advanced options but unfortunately I couldn't. Anyway thanks for replying. Your videos are great and so helpful.
