I remember Ayofemi when she was a champ on TTD. J! Archive also notes she played a certain answer and question quiz game during Chuck Forrest's reign of terror.

Yes... I too remember Ayofemi on TTD (2nd highest female money winner I believe) and a second place finisher on J!. When she played against Chuck Forrest on J! , she was a distant second to Chuck and -in a two player Final Jeopardy!, she had less than half the leader's amount. After the break leading into the Final J! question, Alex Trebeck noted that Ayofemi stated she'd never been in this position before... to which Alex commented something to the effect that it is always easier playing against friends and family... I was like ...Alex doesn't realize this woman was a bona-fide quiz show champ; (though some might say TTD was an easier quiz.) Was glad to see her make a nice $20,000+ game show comeback here the following year.

Ayofemi won $1550 on the CHallengers on 12/31/90, losing to $250K $ale champion/year 2000 Jeopardy champion Mort Kamins.

Who did the theme for this show?? It's amazing how during some parts of the show the base line was strong enough to carry itself.
