Hi, can I add a WooCommerce-related plugin for the payment option to accept payments from local services, such as Teya or Rapyd? Because Stripe is not available in Iceland, where I am located. Another question regarding the seasonal booking is whether I can have monthly payments available in the winter and then per night for summer, e.g., 800 euros per month, and 99 euros per night? Hello there! Thank you for your question. By default, no plugin functionality allows you to connect other payment gateways, unfortunately. However, we have an add-on called "WooCommerce Payments" which can be used for that: motopress.com/products/hotel-booking-woocommerce-payments/. As for monthly payments, I'm afraid our Hotel Booking plugin works with nightly bookings and payments only. If you wish, you may set a minimum and maximum stay rule to 30 or 31 nights for your winter season. But the plugin will still calculate prices and display them as "for 30 or 31 nights" and not "for a month". Hi! I'm a tourism marketing consultant and I'm seriously considering this plugin to use with me clients and join the club but I do have one question: Regarding rates, can I use dynamic rates, based on occupancy instead of seasonal? Dynamic rates are better for optimising revenue for hotels with more than 10 rooms. Also, is it possible to create derived rates? Such as Rate X is 10%or€ more than Rate Y, so I can create BAR rates, with one base and the other room types are just derived but that one?

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but our plugin doesn't currently have the functionality that allows you to work with such dynamic rates, unfortunately. And there's no way to create derived rates too. Our plugin works with regular static rates with an option to set price variability. Prices may depend either on the number of guests or the number of booked nights. But we definitely keep that in mind for future plugin releases if we receive more similar questions or requests from other customers. Thank you!

Hello there! Thank you for your question. Please be informed that our Hotel Booking plugin can be used with pretty much any WordPress theme. However, the plugin doesn't provide any default styles or design, it inherits everything from the active theme. So it may be necessary to apply some custom styles to make all plugin sections and forms look beautiful on the third-party theme that hasn't been designed for the plugin. And you can of course use the Elementor page builder with our plugin. But if you're saying that your server time continues to appear, then you need to make sure your server and your website use the same timezone. You can check your server's timezone when you log into your cPanel (the control panel from your hosting provider) or contact your hosting provider for them to do it for you.

I am using Hbook and Hosthub. Synch is via iCal as hbook doe snot have an API. Does Hosthub synch using the API when connecting to your plugin? Also if I move to MotoPress hotel booking Pro is there a way to import existing data from hbook?

Way over my head, it seems to me it might be best if it it came with some preconfigured data. As its called Hotel Booking then perhaps including 1 or 2 preconfigured rooms. Perhaps 2 or 4 persons and even preconfigured rates and generic photos then a person could start by adjusting rates and numbers of rooms to their hotel and then add seasons etc.

Hello there! Thank you for your question. Please be informed that the property availability in our Hotel Booking plugin is created by a few important configuration points. First of all, under Accommodation > Seasons you create seasons that will be used to specify the period when your accommodation types will be bookable. Then, under Accommodation > Rates, you create rates for each accommodation type that you have, where add previously created season(s). This allows you to set nightly prices for your property. And last but not least, you generate at least one accommodation (unit) per each accommodation type because that's accommodations that get booked by your guests, not entire accommodation types that may have many different accommodations.

While accommodation types are used to list your properties, accommodations are used to define the number of rooms or the same units your properties (accommodation types) have.

Hi! I kind of need an urgent answer. I'm a Web Developer considering to purchase the Premium of the Hotel Booking plugin. I do have a question regarding Accommodations. If I have 6 villas in total, (which are all the same and each fits 6 people), but I have 5 different prices per booking (2, 3, 4, 5, 6 guests). If someone books the first offer (2 people), how will I tell the next costumer that there are 5 other villas available that can also be booked for 2 people if that's what they want? Hello there! Thank you for your question and your interest in our Hotel Booking plugin. Our plugin is designed to work with both accommodation types (room types) and accommodations (rooms/units). Accommodation types are used to represent properties on a website, while accommodations are used in the backend only. Accommodations are the specific units that guests book, as opposed to accommodation types, which may have multiple accommodations. This means that accommodation types can be booked multiple times for the same or overlapping dates, based on the accommodations (units) assigned to them. For instance, you can create a single accommodation type for a property and then assign 6 accommodations to it, allowing guests to book the accommodation type 6 times for the same or overlapping dates. I hope this explanation clarifies things for you.

@@MotoPressPlugins If I have 79 rooms that are all the same. Do I only need 1 Type and 1 Accommodation with 79 "Accomadations". What does that look like inside Accommodations though? Do I have to duplicate the 1 Type, 79 times. Then, In an opposite problem: I have 1 specific room so do I put it in Accommodations and Accommodation TYPE with a 1 in the attributes or total?

If you have 79 rooms that are all the same in terms of description, images, prices, and other details, and it doesn't matter which room your website visitors get when they make bookings on your website, you can create them as a single accommodation type with 79 accommodations. Accommodations define the number of bookings for the same accommodation type that the system can accept for the same or overlapping dates. And if you have different rooms with different descriptions, images, nightly costs, etc, you create them as different accommodation types. Pretty straightforward.
