Yes when you're building out your menu in WordPress there are category options. Those are simply different categories of content.

You should have that option if you're using Yoast. Keep in mind that Yoast has received several significant updates since I made this video. So the option might be in a different location.

Are you talking in regards to putting a site map link in the footer? You typically want to do this with the built-in WordPress menu system and then assign that menu to your footer if your theme provides that feature.
