I have used them & get benefitted with Elementor I use an addon named ElementsReady. It has 850+ preset elements there are over 100 free and premium widgets available. Hey, I am starting a blog about health topics in general too, and I thought I would use pinterest throught posting pictures that include quotations, cites, and maybe summaries of my blog and add the link that redirects them to my blog to read the whole article, this’s an idea I had in mind that I thought might help you too. Why not just do a youtube site?

You don't own youtube channel even if you're making money from it you own your website. It's essential - don't build your business on someone else's land. Your website or blog is yours where you have full control. YT and other social media are great to get in front of people but what happens if that gets shut down for whatever reason. Happened to me and so many other people. Real online assets are things like a website or your email list - let me know if that makes sense.
