My sugar drops very quickly after it peaks. It does not necessarily go all that low just very quickly and the drop is precipitous.

I’ve had it many years but am thin and healthy. I’ve not had to go around with a rescue glucose drink any more since cut out all the ultra processed refined carbs. I don’t miss them either

Thanks. Ever heard that ACV can help with this problem? May sound unlogical, but has helped me before, so I'm trying again
@KickItNaturally Жыл бұрын
Hi Contrarian, you REALLY want to look at your chemistry on this one. If ACV is helping you digest your food better and pull more minerals out of your food, that could give you a bigger buffer zone with blood sugar goes too low. But HCL is actually a much better option when a person needs to acidify their food better. And the ACV is very pro-anabolic. that means it can raise your urine pH and make your insulin an even bigger bully, and actually greatly magnify hypoglycemia. Our totally free digestion course will show you how to look at your body chemistry at home and figure out if ACV would be okay for you, or if it would make you much worse. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course Let us know how it goes.

I am going through reactive hypoglycemia.. after 4-5 hours of eating my sugar level is between 80-90 but still feels low... And at the same time I started burping very much.. my blood pressure everytime I check is 110/70 or 110/80.. I don't know whether I have mineral deficiency or what else..kindly reply and tell me what do u suggest.thanks
@KickItNaturally2 жыл бұрын
HI Mohsin, If your blood pressure dips too low, your body can raise stress hormones, triggering your body to MAKE more glucose and raise your blood sugar. So, by the time you feel the low blood pressure symptoms, your body could have already raised your blood pressure. Go through our totally free digestion course and it will help you figure out the burping and help you take the right steps to raise your mineral levels. You'll find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course

@@KickItNaturally and what about reactive hypoglycemia..do u think it could be because of some minerals deficiency like magnesium, chromium potassium or zinc etc.. what could I do to correct it..go for a low carb or mineral deficiency or harmones imbalance could also be a reason for it? Thanks

It can be diffefrent for every person. But our totally free digestion course will walk you through how to do that. I also have a video on lifting mineral levels coming out in the next couple weeks. Here is that free course: kickitnaturally.com/course

Hi, mr Hale! Your information is priceless! I've improved my condition significantly. It's total true. Thank you a lot! But I stacked with reproducing HCL. Recently I discovered low insulin level (below bottom normal range) and low glucose (little bit higher then bottom level of normal range). HOMA index is 0.3. Also I have low mineral level (SYS blood pressure is below 112). Seems like I loose minerals with urine. But my urine pH is about 5.4. And it looks weird. Is it possible for hypoclycemia with that pH? Thnx for any answer.

Low insulin seems to cause some people to pee out more minerals. Great job improving your issues and keep at it!

Is it true that reactive hypoglycemia can lead to diabetes . If the pancreas is producing too much insulin can eventually fail?
@KickItNaturally9 ай бұрын
There is a chain of events that can make that happen. But it's more complicated than that.

That's great, @Shree , if that helped, I bet you were leaning too anabolic and the exercise has helped to improve that a little bit. If you look at your chemistry, you can see exactly what is going on and what other steps will fix it for good. You can learn how to do that in our free digestion course here: kickitnaturally.com/course

Yeah, no carbs can be a problem in some scenarios, but removing the high carb meals can be huge.
