Ollie Thorn is Senior Manager - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Client Solutions, at Page Group. Ten years ago Ollie was injured and is now a full-time wheelchair user. He knows how difficult it can be to look for and find work with a disability, he now works for the recruitment business PageGroup, focusing on supporting people with disabilities to find work.
His role covers two main areas:
1. Supporting businesses to create inclusive cultures so they can be confident that they are giving people with disabilities equal opportunities.
2. Working with and supporting people looking for work, with the knowledge and experience of the challenges in place.
