No, it is only that way because the need for nurses and medical practitioners in Germany is on the high side. One could imagine the same procedure, ease of hiring foreign workers, in the IT field because Germany is still backward in the digital space.

Hi, i have a big question that, i already refected for checking equivalent test because of tiugh situation when i was in Germany and now i moved to Germany and i knew that the licensed exam is very tough to write so could i do the equivalent test now? Do Germany can accept it as I'm working here. Please reply to this msg , it could be more useful for me
