2.0 was added way before tix.. also 2011 didnt have 0 spam bots (im not counthing the "builderman told me how to get 9999999 robux") one there were like 3 spam bots then there were online daters (mostly fopund on town of robloxia and a second game i forgot about) the removal of tix doesnt affect some players mostly the complaining ones were the ones who had like 50 tickets because they were "saving up"

Back then... every position was always occupied. Houses were kinda an extra feature but not that important. Today... Good luck finding a server where people are actually working. I have to disagree somewhat with both of your replies. You see, roblox does need money to keep the site going, and getting rid of tix saved them a lot of money. But at a certain point they did become greedy. I could name it around the year 2013. February of that year, a co-founder of roblox Erik Cassel died. He kept the company going and thought about the children. After that roblox went downhill with it's community-admin support. It started to become about the money for them, of course they went for profits earlier, but not to the extent of what happened after. Every so often the front page would be bombarded with sponsor events. Then more and more tightening of profits. Raising the price floor from free t-shirts to needing actual currency to purchase things. This was a good move, until they moved it up from 1 tix and 1 robux to being 10 tix and 5 robux. Then they got rid of tix. That is the moment when most of the experienced players (2010 and earlier) knew the destruction of the old roblox, and a rise of anew. This move proved to the more experienced players that roblox has become greedy. As I said earlier, this saved them a bunch of money but they could've also kept tix but also saved money. Turning tix-robux conversion raise up to 20 tix for 1 robux (extreme but atleast we have tix) Anyways this wall of text should be enough to explain my arguement

I have a feeling that ROBLOX might end in a couple of more years because of the oders, (aka, little kids who can't get a girlfriend/boyfriend in real life so they date in a "kids game") if you just type in ROBLOX and go to news, most of them are just about parents and news stations saying that they are just child predators but what they don't really realize is that most of the percentage is just little kids wanting to date other little kids. Most of the Roblox updates are just terrible, the Veteran's of Roblox don't like it. (aka Roblox players that played for a long time) You can barely say anything in Roblox now because of these online dating games and Meep City, without oders and terrible updates in Roblox it would actually be "Powering Imagination" instead of "Ruining Imagination." The popularity would off the charts, and maybe the Veteran's of Roblox would stay.
