The Caribbean needs to work on a self-sufficiency plan for the whole of the Caribbean. You have Caribbean nationals who can do some of this work. They are based in the Caribbean and the diaspora but they are not given access to bid for the work.

Young people & Young Entrepreneurs want to relocate to the Caribbean from Europe and America but the Commissions are not giving them information of how to relocate. There are no Diaspora, relocation or business desks in the High Commissions. a lot of the Afrikan embassies and missions have diaspora desks.

Didn't speak and think that way to defend Haiti tho. Never trust your enemies. She supported the oppressors against Haiti. Where was 'LOVE' then?

As always, the great speeches that african leaders are famous for, but no action other than the corruption that lead to this state of affairs. How many Barbadian leaders have sold every resource the Island has to get IMF loans, then stole the money that was loaned? Today you suggest working together as though you have never done that, but you have always worked together, and not for the benefit of any Ialand in the Caribbean. The working together is for the leaders only. SMH.

Excellent speech but it was the same Barbados and Jamaica who to a point sabotaged previous agreements. What about the unsecured loans which Dr Williams gave to the majority of Caricom counties which still remains unpaid
