This is good. Imo state already have a similar project in Owerri started by the immediate past administration in the state. Unfortunately work on it was abandoned when that administration left office. The present administration in the state should resume work on it and complete it. It is a very strategic project.

Isn't it time we start living in the present and stop attaching adjectives such as morden, ultra modern, state-of-the-art, etc, to basic public infrastructures that would normally not make the headlines in other third world countries I hope the likes of ogbete and kenyatta market will be rebuilt into a "modern" market The difference between Alex Otti and others. He's building a bus terminal while others are building modern "motor park". Did the lagos state tag the oshodi bus terminal a modern terminal?!

South East must have the vision to build infrastructure that is comparable to Dubai or it won't be worth the investment.

Before, most of the states are building airports that is not viable and wasting billions of Naira. Fast forward, a new trend among the states is the building of bus terminus. Yhe question is, are they factoring buying enough buses that will actually used these bus terminal? Or the less privilege people will just convert it as home in the future?
