hi! research about the company, prepare for common interview questions (tell me about yourself, why do you want to apply sa BPO, how do you handle stress/pressure, rate your communication/computer skills) ayan lang po yung mga natatandaan ko haha. sa assessment, be confident lang po. pronounce nyo lang clearly yung mga words/sentences. be mindful din po sa time. for final interview, may mock call po pero depende naman sa account ☺️ good luck po!
