@@miaka324 Mabilis lang ee kaya di ko masyadong maalala lahat, kasi ung araw n un, 3 interviews sa ibat ibang agency ung inattendan ko. 😅 Pero naalala ko, mga 20mins ako nagwait dun sa waiting room, then mga wala pa atang 10mins ung interview. Tinanong rin ata ung "How do you see yourself in 5 years?". And "What are the skills you acquire from your previous job?". Mostly ung question nya is mga regarding sa computer specs, internet speed. Expected rate. Sa Final interview, ung mas maraming tanong. Halimbawa, what is integrity for you. Tapos if papipiliin ka, anong mas gusto mong power, lumilipad or invicible 😅 Basta act normal lang, mababait naman ang mga interviewer ng cyberbacker, kaya hindi nakakakaba. Sinasabi rin agad nung inteviewer if nakapasa ka or hindi sa dulo ng interview nila.

I applied and failed. Email said that "we do not have an opening that completely matches my personality". I always pass exams and interviews and its quite unreasonable to note that to almost "all" of their applicants. I believe it's a waste of time to apply in cb. Find jobs not in cb. You'll waste your time.

Hi once you pass kasi they ask you about your COE and you wont start to get client if youre still affiliated sa prev company mo. but I guess they'll let you naman to have the initial, assessment and final. Pero once passed, need mo to ipasa yung coe to continue ^^

It will be stable if you did great sa performance nyo. Di naman kayo basta basta bibitawan ng CB. May assurance kayo dito ^^ Basta our goal is to make the client happy. Ngayon if di magwork. May investigation naman yon. Pero like VA dat happy sila.

Yung initial and final interview po ba, initiated ng client or the interviewers are from PH team? Once you get in, client facing po ba ang work? Meaning may video calls with clients, etc? I'm planning to apply for a non-voice post. Curious lang po since never pa ako nag work sa ganitong setup. Most of my experiences are in BPO companies. Gusto ko lang din po maghanda. I'm scheduled for final interview tomorrow after 2days from initial interview. but I'm not confident enough. I guess I will let this pass. Nahihiya ako kung kada hanap ng client is need interview. I thought 1 time lang, eh not fluent speaking English ako. 😭😭😭

pumasa ako sa initial interview..kaya lang after nun may sinend sila na parang survey form.. may tanong dun ano name nung nag survey sakn..pano yun nakalimutan ko name nya 😂

Hello , nag try lang ako mag send ng application, and i got an email from cyberbacker for initial interview.. hindi ko alam kong lulusot ako dito dahil morethan 6yrs akong nag abroad as a care taker/caregiver .. honestly i need a work from home job dahil may mga anak ako na ayaw kuna iwan ulit..sana mabigay saki opportunity nato para mag stay na dito pinas..thank you for sharing your videos.

thank you for these tips Sir Darrell. susubok ako sa cyberbacker at need ko tlga ng tips para malaki chance ko makapasok sa isang try lang. gamitin po kitang referral Sa ngaun kumukuha pa ako ng lakas ng loob at matagal tagal na ako hindi nakakapag apply at interview kaya mixed emotion hopefully next week maka apply na.. pero ask ko lang, meron po bang schedule ang pagsubmit ng application at initial interview? baka gabi lang kasi ako may mga oras lalo na sa CBPA exam
