DO you guys even use this badge? Quick summary: There's no saturation point between "no badge" and hall of fame so you can push it to HOF as you please. My recommendation is put at least bronze, but you can push it to HOF if you have remaining points, especially if it's on Tier and you play Park modes where each possessions are more important.

Everyone usually use this bronze so if ur a defender with high steal or going against a defender with high steal it good to have the badge on silver or gold

Man with my Big at Rec it worked a lot, I see some animations in hof if you hold square or x, and it will pass the ball back to someone, it will not go of bounds, but it’s so so rare to do this, I really use in hof because I have like 25 defense badges and I pick the ball almost every time before anyone else

I recommend to use if you have a lot of badges, and have a Big that goes to the ball, not a “corner Big”, and if you have like a lockdown maybe it’s worth, if you have a high speed build minimum in bronze

I have 80 speed on my 6'9 PF/C but I still use it on Gold or HOF so that I can guarantee to win the loose ball battle against anyone big or small. I could probably drop it but I got everything else I need already maxed on HOF.

I have made like 5 big builds this year and can tell you workhorse is a definite plus! I get at least 1 or 2 steals a game with practically no steal rating but gold/hof workhorse. It pops when pressuring the inbound pass, and also when using hands on defense. Definitely worth it!

This badge also helps in the attack for those who don't have much ball handle. you suffer the steal but manage to recover before the defender reaches the ball

I use it on bronze and silver, it's amazing. Definitely helps getting possession when fumbling from a bump steal or other fumbling animation😂

For guards I think workhorse helps with those chase downs of tipped balls and saves when they almost go out. As a big I have it on gold but maybe it’s just me it just feels like it helps with rebounds and those double tip rebounds. I see the biggest difference from silver to gold

Good to stack it with steals and interception badge. Where usually you dont get a clean steals by poking the ball, then you can use your workhorse badge to get to the ball first. It is more of a GP2 badge. If you play his style.

The animation where the player tippy toes around the line without going out if bounds seems exclusive to next Gen ,i have never gotten that on my 3 n D point and i have hof work horse ,how ever every tipped pass by my player or anyone around me results in me picking up the ball first atleast 98% of the time ,also everytime someone bumps me or tries to rip the ball and i lose the ball ,i also recover the ball atleast 90% of the time

On current gen (old gen) I've gotten that animation on my 6'9" but I got the ball out of bounds so the tip toe animation didn't matter. I get it a lot in mycareer though

As a Rec player, this badge is a must on all my Center builds, nothing less than gold since its a tier 1, Hof paired with Hof rebound chaser is the reason i grab at least 20-30 boards a gm, those out of reach off hand rebounds are a garentee snag when it hits the floor

Run it on silver on all my Cs. If I'm setting screens and my PG lose the rock, I usually get it back. Them tip rebounds are the only thing I wish it helped more on.

This badge is an essential for me. Using this badge on a new big man with no badges low key makes it feel like you have rebound chaser on high. Somehow i get a lot of lose ball bumps in the post with just using hands up. MyPlayer just grabs the ball and I’ve done nothing at all. It sounds crazy but it’s a great badge to put on gold imo if you have the points

It depends on the build honestly I got it hof on 3 different builds and my 2 way interior finisher gets a lot of rebounds and it’s like 35 rating but my other 2 builds are kinda slower and not much defense so it feels like it’s not even working most of the time

I got a smaller guard but have a ton of finishing and get a few putbacks every now and then but I don’t have offensive rebound so I’m curious if this would help with that.
