Can you also plz share some ideas on how to work on self( meditation, exercise, self criticism) for a homemaker like me whoz constantly full of work n no energy left for the self. I'm currently working on completing my PhD dissertation before my son's birthday, and he often reminds me of his willingness to contribute by writing a few letters.
