Jenn i watched your video this morning (my timezone) and forgot to leave Likes and Comment, i'm coming back for them. remember my ID, i'll always comment for your videos.haha i smiled a little when i see you not fully unpacked your stuff in the room that you used for work yet, bc i'd push everything aside and finish those tasks and ended up anxious and exhausted after i rush getting everything done just so i can have them outta my mind. for instance, if i was in your situation, i'd totally put aside my workout plan, and pause cooking for a day or 2 and get that done first. i know it's not a good habit of me, caz i'm basicaly torturing myself when there's no need to rush at all. :)

I usually detox coffee atleast on sunday, rebounding with tea so that coffee feels good and strong next day. Works for me.
