Thank you for mentioning the smear test. It is soo important ladies. IT SAVED MY LIFE!!! When I was 21 (7years ago) I had my first smear test, found out I had abnormal cels which then were actually cancer. Very early stage and I had it removed and was lucky to only have a few surgeries. PLEASE GO!!!

Jamie I have a funny story about us! We worked together years ago on a test shoot and you did my makeup. I remember that day I was so buzzin because I posted a selfie and it somehow got about 300 odd likes and I was telling you and the photographer about it, we had a lovely day shooting and the images turned out great, I then got home and went to search for you on Instagram and saw you had hundreds of thousands of followers and I was buzzin over my 300 likes 🤣 I remember cringing at myself when I got home hahaha, good memories though!

I had a smear test years ago but had to be referred to Obs and Gyny at my local hospital because of an anomaly (nothing disastrous just a polyp). The Doctor I saw was a VERY good looking young man (typical), who I saw twice. On both occasions the brightly coloured latex gloves he was wearing matched his tie and the hanky in his top pocket. Bright lime green and a vivid orange. His nurse said the amusement helped to keep his patients minds off what he was doing 😆😁.

Loved watching the re potting of a plant. I have several needing to be done and I hesitated doing it myself. Now I know that I need to massage the old soil out before repotting. Yay! Thank You Jamie!!

You can do that but don’t remove all the dirt I have done what they did and it killed my plant and I’m a pro with plant.

@@leajohnson8441 It is actually totally safe to remove all the soil- especially in this case where the roots were pot bound and then repotted without loosening in the past! You just need to make sure to do it during the growing period and prepare for it to take some time to acclimate to its new space, pot and soil!

Try not to worry, just go through with the colposcopy treatment. I had the same thing when I was 32, and that was 7 years ago and all my smears have been clear since - so the treatment works xx
