I am using Xampp and mysql workbench 8.0, the database that I have created on phpmyadmin is not showing on mysql workbench, I have changed the port number of mysql in xampp to 3306 to 3307 to avoid clash even then the issue is not solved, Can you help me in this?

I have workbench in my pc and have phpmyadmin, but the dadabase created and shown in workbench is not showing in phpmyadmin. How to make it works like yours?

Are the using same user? If not, then are the access privilege provided to one another user? Check it properly. MySql database is single instance contains all the data. PHPMyAdmin or WorkBench are the client tools that access the data from database. So with proper user and grants, you should not have any problem.

MySQL workbench is an IDE which needs to be installed on a PC where as phpMyAdmn is web based. Both are good. It is up to the user's choice.
