ビデオ前半、西側の中屋根?、コンクリート張りに石の板を貼り付けているんですね。そこらの外壁もそうなのでしょうね。

When will they start to construct the chapel of the assumption and the other sacristy?

The Assumption chapel is already being built. The sacristy does not have a scheduled date, but it will be after 2026.
