I didn't submit travel document (I-131) together with Adjustment of Status. I dont know how to submit I-131 form now? Should I separate I-131 from my renewal ED application or submit them together? It has been over the 180 days period of expiration date so I cannot work anymore, but can I get unemployment benefit since the government are slow are processing my work permit? If you have pending AOS application, EAD renewal is free. You just have to include the receipt of I-485
