Sir, Agar refinery department mile toh kitni saal tak refinery (remote location) mein rahna padta h. Aur marketing mein tier 1 city posting milti h.

Refinery is well established locations so count at least 8-10 yrs. Marketing locations are vast so chances are there in remote locations but nevertheless only for 3 yrs

mostly colonies are at refinery locations…so if other than refinery locations one has to arrange by self claiming HRA

This is a big question by d way IOC or ONGC both are good, if you want white collar job IOC is best if you want to work with machines then ONGC is best salary is somehow same.
