Please I wish to find out which documents need to be superlegalised and if applying fr a work visa do we need to come along with any proof of funds or your work contract covers up for that? Also do we get interviewed, as in ask questions related to your work at the embassy or we just submit the documents?

Medical records and police character needs to be superlegalized. I also mentioned proof of funds as one of the documents needed to apply for work visa and depends on the country you are coming from, that will determine if you will interviewed or not

How do you know which of the cards you need whether Employee or Blue card? If you are the one who applies for the card is it done along side the Visa application. No matter the months, since your friend is applying for a long term visa (more than 6 months) then he needs to provide the required POF. And medical report is from a government/military hospital

Health Insurance covers any issues that is connected to your HEALTH and it is for over some period of time while travel Insurance only cover your traveling issues (luggages, etc) over that your one travel
