Senior cats are absolute delights! In full transparency when i was adopting my first cat I fully adopted her and still felt unsure/anxious the first night no matter how much i overthought the process. Almost 3 years later and my 6 year old kitty is my soulmate. Its totally valid to feel unsure or not fully ready/a "perfect" fit for a cat, but some time really works wonders if you do end up adopting this kitty and taking your time to learn everything about her as she will do the same for you ❤️

As I've said before, whether or not you go back on Accutane you should still really go to your primary doctor and get your hormones tested (i believe its blood work they do) because the breaking out (even after you finished accutane the first 2 times) can be a sign of a hormone disorder and can possibly be treated.

Keegan, Thank you for being so open/honest about medication. Medication CAN help people but it has to be the right one. If you decide to go on it, remember that it takes at least 30 days for your body to adjust and that there isn't 1 medication for everyone. It may take some time to find the correct one. Continue being open with your therapist. I feel that you should keep the transparency in your videos but do timestamps so they can skip ahead if people don't want to hear about it. HAPPY FALL from PA!

Yes this! And please share what you’re willing to regarding medication. I’m an older viewer. chronic depression and anxiety runs in my family and after many years of not wanting to I decided it was time to seek help myself, and I have been on medication for quite some time, probably for the rest of my life. That being said, it helps me immensely. I’ve had to switch medication’s over the years as they quit working after some time . not everyone will the medication, but for me mine was so severe. I had to do something. For anyone suffering through anxiety and depression, my heart goes out to you. I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone.

Keegan! It’s your nail polish big sister 😉 I had to pause the video to type this - if you think medication will help, I 100% recommend it! I know it’s not an easy step to take, but it has been so so beneficial for me personally. Think about it like this - your brain just isn’t making the right chemicals right now, and the medicine helps it to make those chemicals. If people’s blood cells aren’t behaving correctly, they take medicine, and no one bats an eye. I will say, be sure to keep open communication with your therapist and psychiatrist as you figure out what works best - you may need to change dosages/medications/etc, but a lot of these medicines really need to be taken consistently (don’t do what I did and stop when you start to feel better. It’s hard to remember that you’re feeling better because of the medicine). All of that to say - I know this is hard. But it is so so worth it. Also, now you’ve got me thinking that if you can take the step towards medication, maybe I can finally take the step towards therapy.
@KeeganActonАй бұрын

I'll start by saying I love doing my nails and I change my gel polish at least once a week. Gel polish cannot be removed with regular polish remover. If you were to put an air dry top coat over gel polish you wouldn't get the long wear benefits or shine you get from gel polish. Also, are you prepping your nails before you paint them? You need to remove the cuticle from your nail bed and dehydrate them first. That process gives you a clean, defined space to paint on and helps it not get on your skin. I hope this helps a little! 💅

I'm sorry but you got fleeced, and tbh idk why you were so happy about it. At minimum it should have been 2 PTO days and maybe some extra pay too for working on weekends. As someone who is neurodivergent and does hyperfixate on things myself, I understood what she meant and she didn’t do anything wrong using that word. Perhaps she actually does hyperfixate, there are many reasons why someone would. As a counselor, you should also know better than to speak to someone like that (especially someone who has shared she has anxiety and is sensitive to others’ feelings) or to assume that she doesn’t have a reason when you are not her counselor and when it is her business to share things you may not be privy to.

Hi Keegan 🙂 I'm impressed how you got such a small amount of cream cheese to cover two bagels 🥯. I'm looking forward to watching 'Keegan's nail art videos' in the near future. In the UK, we have Strictly 🕺💃, where celebrities (sort of) dance and it gets huge viewing figures. Series champions tend to get a huge boost to their career.
