I love working out before work. I do Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday @ 5am. Your body gets used to getting up early after a while and you won’t be as tired during the day.

You may need to ask them to double check that your have the correct prescription! I had a similar experience in how my vision felt with a new pair and they discovered the lenses were just slightly off from how they fixed them. It's a long shot, but that could be the case and is a super easy fix!

I’m glad you figured out what was breaking out your neck and that it was an easy fix 🙂 For positive-vibed books, maybe check out “The Daily Stoic”. Also, I’ve at times had to get my glasses prescription weaker than it’s supposed to be so it’s “softer” since the actual prescription would be too sharp and give me a headache and eye strain. Depending on if you have an astigmatism too, the size and frames shape of your glasses can make looking through the lenses appear more fishbowled/blurred on the sides. If they are still bothering you after a couple weeks or so of trying them, maybe go back and tell your doctor what’s bothering you to see if maybe they can adjust the prescription.

Kitchen counters do not need decor. Maybe on the kitchen shelves or maybe on the living room shelving. Embrace the concept of negative space, it is OK to have an open area . And in the future, if you get in your car and it says it needs brake fluid, head directly to your Auto Repair location. Do not go home, do not go to work go directly to Auto Repair. You can text Work and tell them you’re having car trouble . But don’t go driving around with low brake fluid or any other car issue….. and that was your lovely PSA from a subscriber that’s probably old enough to be your mother🤦🏻‍♀️😊
