I experienced heat exhaustion and notified the responsible persons an they did nothing to help. My coworker was taken by ambulance to the hospital. I ended up getting sick and went to the hospital 8-9 hrs later are we entitled to any compensation for the illness and lack luster response of the company ( BNSF ) railroad ?

Mr. BBQ, I am so sorry to hear about this horrific collision. We see many people who have had PTSD from collisions driving for work. It can be very traumatic, especially when there is a fatality. There is a treatment that can help you get comfortable enough to start driving again and to address other symptoms.
