35年前、高校生の時にココでアルバイトしてた。 餃子専門店から始まって、初代マスターが凄い優しい人だった。 リフォームしたっぽいけど、キッチン・洗い場・冷蔵庫等のの位置・まな板が同じなので思い出した。 厨房隅のカーテン奥で餃子のネタをよく捏ねてたの思い出したら泣き笑えてきた。 帰る前に食べたい賄い食べさせて貰った。 年末は、家族皆で大掃除して お年玉貰ったの覚えてる😢

ここは本当に美味しくて何食べてもハズレがない、特に度肝抜かれるのがネギ頭、焼き餃子、野菜炒め、酢豚、回鍋肉、そして炒飯。一緒に添えてある紅生姜と食べると昇天します。 最近行けてないからいつか絶対再訪します。
