I'm a very superstitious person, so I would never not take an overnight bag. I feel like that's just asking the fates to come for you. 😄 The one time my military husband didn't pack a divert bag, a massive Michigan snowstorm left him washing his delicates in the TLF (temporary lodging facility) sink for three days 🙈🤣

Wow, I didn’t realize that you don’t get paid for all of your hours. My husband was a over the road truck driver and when he would have to sit in the truck and wait for the load, sometimes it would be hours sometimes it would be overnight and he always got paid and then if it was a certain time he would get overtime so I hope you are being compensated hourly because you really work hard and I think it’s a stressful job. I’m so glad I found your videos because you are amazing.

Francesco, I came home and threw some food together and was so delighted to see your video. You are so good at your job. I watched you in the galley, you just love your job. I am surprised you are not an In Flight Manager (yet). Traffic here in Toronto is the same as in Miami, dreadful in am and after 3.30 pm. I love the way you always give yourself extra time to reach the Airport. 💗🌊🌊

Canadian flights attendants are protesting the doors closed pay practice. Fingers crossed they can set a precedent and get it at least to time on the plane.

I live in Los Angeles🤪. I started work at 6am, so my 20 mile commute GOING to work wasn't much of an issue. I was going opposite traffic. But, coming home in the afternoon was a nightmare and could take over an hour if I didn't get off the freeway and take the surface streets. I'm retired now, so it's all a distant memory!😊

Did you see the 555 over your shoulder? The number 555 is often seen as a symbol of positive change and new beginnings, as well as a message of encouragement and support from your angels. It can serve as a reminder to trust in the journey and know that you are being guided and supported on your path.

Depends a lot where do you work of for which Airline do you work. I would not say for how many hours you will get paid for and hay many you really work. It's good tho you say that, but thankfully not all Airlines are like that. In mine they give you the base salary and you work a maximal of 90 block hours in a month. But if we have delay, they count the time and give us like a profit for the cuased delay.

It's called supply and demand. There are so many applicants compared to the number of FA openings each year that the airlines can establish whatever rules they want for FAs knowing that people so want that job they'll just accept those rules. Compare that to school bus drivers who get paid time and a half for any work over 6 hours in a day and the school boards still can't fill all the openings because nobody wants to do it.
