3:28 APU ON always before Pushback. That's how it works in real life. If the APU isn't on, you can't start the engines, since there is no air supply, and your screen and battery dies. Also beacon comes on when the pushback tug is connected. Secondly, flaps... always put the flap setting for take off BEFORE taxiing. Same thing for the taxi lights. Third point at 5:44 Landing lights come on when entering the runway, same with the strobes. LOGO lights only required if foggy conditions or at night. Fourth point at 9:10 again landing lights, they need to be on BEFORE landing. IRL at 10k feet. Fifth point at 9:28 reverses DON'T come out right away, reverses come out a little bit after main gear touchdown. In your case should be at minute 9:33. Last point, after Runway has been vacated, apu goes on, strobe lights off, landing lights off and taxi lights on, flaps go up. When turning to the gate, beacon off, and taxi lights off. Overall pretty good, just those points that I pointed out if you wanna make it way more realistic in terms of irl procedures.

Just some tips, NAV and LOGO goes on before you start pushback. Same with APU. Beacon goes on before Engine Start to let crew know you're starting them, etc.

Logo lights dont come on during the day time because it would be pracitcally useless. its only used during night time or sunset/sunrise.

787 doesn’t need the APU bleed, it can use its batteries. Just about every other airliner needs the APU to start

generally the NAV/LOGO lights should be on at all times when the plane is connected to power, beacon comes on before the APU which is started before pushback :) Otherwise awesome job dude!

This is pretty cool but just for realism sake, when pushing back the beacon light goes on before you start the APU and you start the APU before pushing back in most cases. Landing light always on below 10,000ft

I guess I can blame Roblox, but are you turning around at high altitudes with the rudder? Fantastic video, and that 787 external model was amazing, but I do never want to fly with your company standard operating procedures. 🤣 Does your virtual airline do pre-departure briefings? My virtual airline (not run on Roblox) certainly requires paperwork and briefings to be done before even stepping onto the aeroplane. Secondly, we have the APU started well before our departure (because bleeds aren't allowed on after at least three minutes, and we can't roll external power with the aircraft during pushback), and the beacon light is switched on before pushback. It must be virtual airline procedures, but you didn't switch the APU off until quite a while - my virtual airline requires the APU to be switched off on the after engine start flow. The landing lights are switched on when or almost facing the runway heading, and I'm pretty sure it's an FAA and EASA requirement for them to be switched on on takeoff (I'm not sure about the latter). I wouldn't be talking to people right after the takeoff, and our virtual airline requires sterile cockpit under FL100, though you used the in-game chat on climbout. For the arrival, landing lights come on when passing FL100, however your procedures showed that you were to switch them on on final. The landing is so task saturated, I highly doubt that is safe on the long run. The topic about taxi lights is confusing, I must say, though I think nose lights should be on on landing (my virtual airline procedures have the taxi lights on either TO or TAXI, and the runway turnoff lights on during the landing). Your landing was a greaser, I must say, and I congratulate you for that. On exiting the runway, I noticed you did a dual engine taxi. I'm not complaining at all, and it's probably company procedures again, but I would have thought, so long as it was a reverse-idle landing, I would've single-engine taxied my way back, and immediately started the APU. It is good practice to switch the nose lights off before turning into the gate or ramp, and the beacon lights stay on until the engine spools down (less than 5% N1 for my company). Parking brake comes on before switching off the engines, so that the plane doesn't roll, like it did in that gate. Other than that, your company procedures are acceptable, I guess. Nice video, sir.

@@CardLicker22 I think there can be a lot of potential if these Roblox virtual airlines wrote up some manuals and made intake of actual hobbyists that are NOT within the age of 5-10. My virtual airline (services run on Microsoft Flight Simulator) has three line pilots (yes, we're a small community of friends 🤣), and we're all aspiring pilots over the age of fourteen. I think that these ginormous Roblox virtual airlines lack that "I'm here for a hobby, and I'm genuinely interested in aviation" factor in it's pilots. If they can get that demographic (whom, surprise surprise, all go to the real flight simulators outside of Roblox), then I'm sure at least one good VA can grow out of Roblox. I have no idea. Not that I expect any community leader on Roblox to be bothered to write up tons of pages of manuals for their pilots, and for anyone to read them. I've written my virtual airline's documents, as I was appointed the Chief Pilot (and our company has so short of people that the Chief Pilot writes the FCOM and stuff), and I'm constantly updating them and adding pages and pages of procedures for when anything goes wrong (and we still don't have enough pages). One thing I learned from that is it's very, very tedious and annoying. So, I don't expect people whom are within the age gap of 5-10 and half care about flight simulation would be bothered to do that. That kind of means there isn't any regulation and professionalism in these ginormous unmanageable groups. Haha, sorry for rambling. What do you reckon, though?

Roblox aviation has so much potential for improvement, yet most of the community is clueless as to what on earth they're doing (and unfortunately, most people over there are toxic and corrupt). These children are importing 3D models from P3D, X-Plane, and other flight simulators into Roblox, then animating it terribly and then charge you lots of money for it, without acknologing the fact that the model has been illegally imported from some payware developer. The community is so bad and they will probably never go anywhere.. Its been years since I last had anything to do with that community, and I doubt much things have gotten better. I have since been participating in real flight sim communities and I've felt much more welcomed and at home than I was back when I was in the Roblox aviation community. Seriously, this is why an internet platform made for kids ran by money-influenced entreupeneurs should never exist..
