A friend of mine had a job at Disney World in the 1990s for a summer. He was in theater / acting/ song and dance, and it was worth a university credit for the experience. He said it was the worst job he ever had. The Disney management treated him and all staff like shit, and many of the guests were no better. Character costumes were dirty and stank like sewers in the Florida summer.

I hope Dave gets a piece of anyone that gains any notoriety from the show that branches off to monetize any sort of celebrity they achieve.

Hey, I've been watching your videos for a good 2-3 years and I'm sure you're the favorite youtuber of many people including me. I've predicted some youtubers to become big and I've seldomly been wrong. I'd been watching colinfurze and AvE and some others before their channels took off and I was sure they'd grow big. They're now sitting at 3.5 million and 266k subscribers. I expected your channel to get big pretty soon but I'm incredibly surprised that it still hasn't gained publicity. If you enjoy making content and you have the time I think you should release more content more consistently with a wide variety of styles and themes to see what would bring in the viewers. I'm sure all it needs is more consistency and a way to get your name out there to get the channel to grow. An article or a shoutout by a distinguished party would launch the channel to the moon but you need to make sure you have enough fresh content for people to see. I don't know if you take it for granted but not many people have the kind of personality you do and that's what gives you so much potential. As suggested before, you should also rename the video titles. People don't know you yet so you need to name the videos something else to gain attention. It's somewhat difficult for me to put this into words as english isn't my first language but I'll try to explain myself as best as I can. I'm by no means a professional but I don't think you should show the Donnie Does branding in the video titles. I understand some of the videos are an episodic show of sorts (like doing china and philippines) but the titles aren't ready for that kind of branding as the name isn't out there yet. Try titles that are more "casual" if that makes sense. The titles should briefly explain what's interesting or funny or whatever in the video to attract viewers. For example, I think a decent name for the Pacquiao vs Rios video would be along the lines "Hilariously confident guy sneaks into Pacquiao vs Rios match", or just "Hilariously confident guy sneaks into a boxing match" for even more casual viewers. Other videos should be renamed with the same idea in mind. Once the brand name is out there it'll be ok to rename them afterwards, because the view counts will grab the viewers' attention. I registered donniedoes.net close to 2 years ago and if you can't get hold of the .com one I could help you get a site up using this domain. I've seen that you've had donniedoes.com linked in some of your video descriptions but I've never seen anything hosted at that domain, and now it's owned by a domain broker or something. I hope this comment reaches you and I wish you the best of luck! I hope you will continue to put effort into your videos. Thanks!
