As someone who works on the field within customer service, I want to add that I think what's worse experience is that these mfs have the audacity to tell us working on the job to "Get a real job!" while doing everything we can to satisfy your consumerist needs. They tell us to get a job and don't be menace and yet this is how they want to expect on how we ought to be treated by the likes of them. See... maybe-- You know just maybe there are reasons just decide to go menace than having to work for dreadful customers like those. If they want a harmonious society? Maybe cease the asshole attitude to the ones who cook, answer, and serve you.
