Not long back, If you worked mon-Fri, you would wait for lunch time on Wednesday because everything you made after lunch was yours to spend. Can't agree with your analysis. The problem is caused largely by the complete opposite i.e. the government flooding the economy with money they have borrowed. That, plus high levels of immigration (suppressing wages and driving up hosing costs) and 'green' energy policies driving up energy costs (a major input cost to every production process) just about explain all the reasons.

Be careful when using pantry shops in Australia. They sell half price items that expired or are rotten.

Some people have no other choice. Cut out any rotting sections of the fruit and veg and use the rest like normal. Be careful with expiry dates but many items are OK up to 2 weeks after, longer if the item is sealed.

Expiry dates are not there for no reason and supermarkets take good care of removing anything that has expired as well as health departments do checks and fine anyone selling expired items.
