Working Cows in Florida | Rio Encounters a SHARK | Beach fun 🏖

The kids of Anchor Brand Ranch had been working hard all day, rounding up and herding their Florida cattle. It was hot and tiring work, but they knew it had to be done. They were determined to finish in time to make it to Flagler Beach, where they planned to spend the rest of the day relaxing and playing in the water.
As they loaded up the truck with their cattle dogs and gear, the kids could feel the excitement building. They had been looking forward to this day for weeks, and they were eager to hit the beach.
When they arrived at Flagler Beach, the kids wasted no time getting into the water. They swam, played games, and enjoyed the warm sun and cool breeze. Everything was going great until Rio, one of the youngest kids, spotted a large shadow in the water.
At first, the other kids thought Rio was joking, but when they looked closer, they could see the telltale dorsal fin of a shark. The kids quickly made their way back to the shore, but the shark was following them.
As the shark got closer, the kids could see that it was massive. It was at least 10 feet long, with rows of razor-sharp teeth. The kids were terrified, but they knew they had to do something.
One of the older kids, Jake, quickly took charge. He remembered a trick his dad had taught him for dealing with sharks. He grabbed a nearby fishing rod and hooked a piece of bait, then cast it out into the water.
The shark immediately went for the bait, and Jake began reeling it in. As the shark got closer, the other kids were ready. They all grabbed their boogie boards and surfboards and began hitting the shark with them.
At first, it didn't seem to have any effect, but the kids didn't give up. They kept hitting the shark with all their might, and eventually, it swam away, never to be seen again.
The kids were shaken but relieved. They knew they had narrowly escaped a potentially deadly encounter with one of the ocean's most fearsome predators. As they packed up their gear and headed back to Anchor Brand Ranch, they couldn't help but feel grateful for their teamwork and quick thinking.
In the end, the kids of Anchor Brand Ranch had proven themselves to be brave, resourceful, and determined. They had worked hard all day, but they still had the energy and courage to face down a shark. And although they may have been scared in the moment, they knew that they had each other's backs and that they could accomplish anything they set their minds to.

I can see that cowboys don't give two shits what anyone thinks............wearing cowboy boots on the beach. I remember going skiing up in Minnesota and the local girls were teasing us that they knew we were from Iowa. We didn't have the slick ski suits, we had pioneer seed coveralls and carhart coveralls blood stained from deer hunting. We had plenty of beer and fun anyway. Lol.

In 1978 I was a Summer Missionary to the Hammock. It is by Flagler Beach. I swam there a couple times. The parent church was First Baptist Church Bunnel, FL. I was 19. I am from Oklahoma and had never seen the ocean in person before. It was fun!

The largest herd of cattle in North America is in Florida. Deseret Ranch has about 45,000 head of mama cows plus bulls and calves. Four of the 10 largest herds are in Florida. Cattle were introduced into Florida in about 1565 by an ancestor of the mother in this Anchor Brand family. Laura was raised on that Florida cattle ranch and is a 15 generation Floridian.

I’ve had 3 Hancock mares. 1 was Prichard X Hancock. Wonderful mothers. A little hard headed at times. When you got them broke the best horse you could ever want to ride. Smart as all get out as gentle as any horse. But sometimes when you go to put your right leg over the saddle you could have the ride that would jar your eye teeth.

My favorite is Riley... My least favorite is Ridge a.k.a. Little Red. The reason is because you all let him have TOO much free range. I'm sorry because I cannot understand half of what he says. He sounds like he has taken in too much helium from baloons! He's cute and "busy." If you want your yt channel to succeed, you should focus on the other childten AND explain to them, in detail, what you are trying to suceed at in this channel: i.e., the time you take to film the videos and "all" is to benefit them! The extra benefits they reveive from income of these vlogs helps them in the extra money for their wrestling, ball games and rodeo events. I don't think they are quite getting it. Laura needs to speak up instead of just laughing about everything. Surely she has a voice?! I have watched all your vids and there is much lacking...
