Buddy congratulations 👏👏. Bhai In-hand depend karta hai deductions pe ,ki company kya kya kaat rhi hai aapka . Generally 12% of monthly aapka PF me chala jata hai . Mere hisab se in-hand aapke 21k- 22k ke beech me aane chaiye .

Minimum Target bhai aap ye man skte ho ki aapko salary justify karni pdegi . Targets yha bhi hai . Bs normal rehke learnings Karo or plan becho . International process me communication specially in english solid honi jroori hai .

Resign dene ke kitne month baad again interview deke join kar sakte hai PB ko.... Notice period kitne din ka hota hai

Bhai iska exact answer bta pana mushkil hai . Agar resign Dene ke baad aapko lgta hai ki aapse galti ho gyi ,then aap apne HR se baat Karo ,kya pta immediately join Kara de . Aapka HR aapko ache se bta payega .

Bhai company Wale apne aap assign kar denge role . Kuch case me customer service ko sales me daal dete hai lekin customer service Wale bnde sales me tik nhi paate . Aap apne TL se discuss karna iss bare me ya fir apne trainer se. Wo bnde aapko behtar guide kar payenge .

@@gocheee Buddy Customer service me sales ke comparison me work load jyada nhi hota . But kaam to hai hai bhai . And people survive more in service then in sales .
