one night i was scrolling through my phone, feeling like i’d never figure out why some people just seem so magnetic. then i came across this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and something about it caught my attention. reading it was like turning on a light in a dark room. it’s not about pretending to be someone you’re not; it’s about unlocking the energy you already have. trust me, this book is worth every page

Hey Holly! Your London day-in-the-life vlog was so fun to watch! Love how you balanced marathon training with remote work - those transitions were smooth! As a video editor, I'd love to help bring your content to the next level. Your style matches perfectly with what I do. Keep crushing those training runs and creating amazing content! 🏃♀✨

Holly, When you are alone in a cafè and you have to use the bathroom, what do you do with your belongings? You leave them unattended or you bring with yourself the whole pack? I could never solve this problem, so I am really curious! If anybody else has a pro tip share with me, thank you 💕

I have been having very cold weather where I live in Ottawa, Canada this month. It has been very cold and icy. There is some snow, but not a lot. It is certainly much colder than where you live. At least, you do not have snow or ice.

i remember feeling like i was always the one fading into the background while others stood out effortlessly. it was frustrating and made me doubt myself a lot. then i came across this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it showed me things i’d never even considered. it’s not just a self-help book; it’s like a guide to understanding your own energy and using it to connect with people. if you’ve ever felt like you’re not seen, this book might change everything.

I would love a video on the admin side of social media, and also maybe a walk through of you plan and prep for videos?

Yes sure, this is a super fun idea and I was thinking about filming a planning video soon anyway so this could fit into that one perfectly - thanks Lauren 💚

i used to think being magnetic was just about looks or confidence, but i couldn’t have been more wrong. i read this book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it totally changed my perspective. it breaks down the energy and mindset behind true attraction in a way that just makes sense. once i started applying what it taught, i noticed people reacting to me differently almost instantly. it’s seriously worth a read.

hey holly, have you ever experienced shin splints? if so, do you have tips? :)
@laurencharltonnКүн бұрын
Try reducing your running volume, opt for softer surfaces if you can, strengthen your calves and tibialis anterior, apply ice in the immediate future to reduce inflammation, get yourself gait tested for the right running shoes

@@laurencharltonn yeah this is super good advice!

So I haven't ever had shin splints, but I've had calf strains and potential stress reactions to my tibia, and this came from overuse, similar to shin splints. So you do need to make sure you're eating enough, giving yourself enough time to recover, and not over-training i.e. reducing volume for some time, and then building up very slowly. Strengthening your calf muscles and warming up properly before you run can also help, which is why I went to see a physio about this stuff, so that may be the way to go if you're still struggling? I hope this helps 💚

@@HollyGabrielle thank you! Sadly been through that all, but on the right side of it all and running faster than ever! High mileage isn’t always necessary! I used to run 110km per week but now only run about 80km and I’m still running 17 min 5k and 35 min 10k!
