Lime mortar is best in old buildings, as it allows the building to breathe, where as concrete does Not! 🥰😉🤷‍♀️ It will get lighter the more it dries! It’s will also differ in colour to the different colour sands you get, to what I’ve seen.

You have a good size property. I enjoy seeing you clear ground to enlarge planting and gardening areas. Do you have much ground in front of the home? Do you have covered parking for vehicles? It's amazing to see how far you and Joana have come with the renovations. Hard work pays off. Better weather is coming soon. The white plaster looks best. It can always be painted with pastel color should you want to.
