Working in Theatre: Production Management

hello I happen to chance on this video and it's quite informative. I'm a newbie when it comes to stage management and production I have no formal education on that. I only use my imagination and creative ability but I don't think it's enough cus of what I just watched Kate do. Is there a way You can mentor me - Kate (I play the role of Script writer, Director, Actor and an Organizer at church and it's fun but quite hectic)

Good day! I am a graduating Theatre Arts student at the University of the Philppines, major in Theatre Production Management. Im about to do my thesis to finish my undergrad studies.
