Ingredients: White bread, 2 cucumbers + 1 tablespoon salt, sandwich ham, cheese, mayonnaise
1. Remove both ends of the cucumber and slice into thin slices the length of bread - pickle in salt for 10 minutes, rinse in cold water and drain.
2. Blanch the sandwich ham in boiling water, then rinse in cold water and drain.
3. Apply mayonnaise on bread
4. Add ham-cucumber-cheese
5. Thin the sandwich by pressing it with a heavy object such as a cutting board for about 30 minutes.
6. Cut off the edges of the bread and slice it neatly.
