Please discuss Part 2 of it, where more light will be required on these aspects:- 1. How much control does the MP has in terms of 'Quality' of work getting done using MPLADS fund and what kind of development an MP can do with these funds? 2. What are the bottlenecks for an MP when they want to develop something on the ground? 3. When poor quality of job is done like making of poor infrastructure using MPLADS fund then, how much control an MP has to get the job done in a qualitative manner as executive rights are not under an MP, specially in case of independent MP 4. Why Nitin Gadkari is able to transform Nagpur but many other MP are unable to transform there constituency? Do they lack good intentions or the entire system has bottlenecks? 5. In my constituency Purnia, people are demanding for an Airport from our MP, and he is failing to deliver it from last two tenures. Why he could be failing? What rights does an MP has to get the airport built? 6. What are the direct aspects that people can expect or ask from their MP to deliver? And how much power do they has to deliver any kind of public demand? 7. What does an MP do while making of a law? How technical could they become? How much can they contribute? 8. How much power a single MP has has during a making of a new law? What is the process of it? 9. How an MP's day is spent? What does he actually do in their office hours? 10. Is 3 Parliamentary session only in an entire year enough to discuss entire country's problem and representation? I believe this is injustice to the people, and they keep shouting instead of answering in polite manner 11. What is the point of their answers? What legal powers does an MP has if they don't agree with the answer apart from just verbal communications? 12. Why MP is considered as powerful even when they don't have any direct authority over the govt. offices, police & employees?

MPs are the representatives of the world's largest democracy. Their duty is to raise the issues, concerns, hopes and anxieties of constituents to the best of their abilities and contribute to the top standards of lawmaking. Debate, discussion must prevail over confrontation and brinkmanship. Government and opposition must make a compact in making the parliament work.

Why KZbin is suppressing your video? The level of videos you upload, is really phenomenal.❤ Don't know why there are lot of inferior quality contents are regularly being pushed by yt but not yours.😢 It's disappointing.

Bringing change in the society as a Successful Corporate Businessman vs MP? What are the limitation of an MP & Businessman? If an MP spends 10 Crores in an election then how they aspire to hoard those funds back? At cost of what? I read about it, everything ends up as immoral and illegal. Govt. employees are tired of their job. project's qualities gets compromised, so how an MP can fix this issue without executive powers? Is becoming an MP worth it, is business with corporate social responsibility (CSR) better?

Facts: 1.The current Government has greatly failed Manipur and Ladakh. 2. Indian MP does not represent public opinions at Parliament instead they represent their own interests and their party. 3. Join political parties and get exempted from all criminal charges. 4. The current Government has greatly failed Students and unemployed youths of India.

Cant see parliament discussion ( fighting) no one has the least decency to allow others to talk and listen to others and give reply after his time finish. Even children do better in schools
