Nice video, thank you! But will you discuss the aftercare in one of your next videos? If I cut that much foliage the juniper dies, even though I did not report at the same time!
@MiltonChang-ee6rq3 ай бұрын
Sure...I will update. I want you to know juniper grows very fast under the right conditioin...I will have plenty greens to work with. "trunik is the value".

Hello Dr.Chang. Can you please do a Bonsai Yamadori Video? Thank you.
@curtmudgeon87033 ай бұрын
nice video. any chance you can edit the video by drawing the white outline of your projected shape as you did in a previous video? that will help your viewers visualize your future intended shape of the tree.

good point...even I am not very good at drwing will help get the point. I stop doing doiing it because it is not much more than a set of asymmetrical triangles.

I'm a super new beginner and I've done a few nursery trees like the first one, but they all seem to struggle after I trim them. Any advice on the aftercare? They lose their color at the tips and get brittle and die slowly.
@MiltonChang-ee6rq2 ай бұрын
Please don't blam it on trimming ...because that only rejunivates...encourages new growth. Buy heatlthyvigorous plans and keep the rootball moist.

I'm interested in the third tree and you will if it can support its weight once you remove the support. Is reporting part of the strategy? Will roots form to do the job?
@MiltonChang-ee6rq2 ай бұрын
Yes eventually. I should think about ways to anchoring it down ..In themean time I jsut have to be careful when I move the tree.
