Quick question my brother,the pipes where the water is mixed should that be hot water rated also or is it normal pipes

If you want, you can use the hot water pipe. But it's not necessary because the hot water is not going to remain in that section of pipe when the faucet is off. It's not going to hold the pressure. Hope that helps.
