i love how hannah didn’t go on a crazy diet for this! she just didn’t eat crazy amounts of food and chips. she was still able to enjoy a small amount of bread and pasta which i love!!! so thats great that she enjoyed her food and didn’t do some intense diet!! love hannah for that reason❤️

Emilka Kopyta oh no fruit it’s great for you in moderation it’s healthy fruits and carbs. If you wanted to do a restrictive diet you cut out fruit but your missing out on a lot of good vitamins. You could have 2 bananas and it’s gives you enough energy to workout or even build muscle if you add fiber. I just didn’t agree with the surgery options I mean as long as she does 80% good foods and 20% bad foods she’s in the good because she works out but it seems more 40/40 😂

Just a reminder that eating foods like pizza and such is normal and you shouldn't beat yourself up about it even of you are trying to eat healthy. Depriving yourself from protein, grains, and just well balanced meals can cause you to binge on junk food so its best to just focus on getting all food groups in. Pizza, wings,, burgers, etc are a normal part of life and its nothing to be ashamed of eating. Love yourself and your body; it's the only one you get so treat it with respect

fr you don't have to, food freedom baby. it's all about being happy about what you put into your body and if eating too much junk food is making you feel gross then try making small healthier decisions so you can feel your best, a lettuce wrap instead of a big Mac so the gluten doesn't leave you feeling bloated and sleepy, or a matcha smoothie instead of a caramel frappucino. and then you know what, if a pizza sounds good to you and you're going to eat it, ditch the guilt factor, you don't need that kind of negativity in your life, as long as you're working to take care of your body. if the guilt is coming from a place of discouragement about not taking care of your body then don't feel guilty instead get your bum off the couch where you're on your phone and start to take care of it. food is so complicated but Hannah's video is so refreshing to see :)

a really good way to stay motivated is to write down what you plan to workout or what you plan to eat, when you plan to sleep, etc. because you have written it down it will give you more motivation to do it rather than just saying youll do it in your head and then changing your mind :))

tip: i worked at tropical smoothie and the smoothies are literally filled with added sugar. even the island green! eating a smoothie from there is equivalent to eating a pint of ice cream. so if you want the benefit of the smoothies deff get them without sugar ! all of the fruit is super sweet from being frozen ! :)

Pizza isn’t bad, nor is chocolate and popcorn or any of that stuff! They can become (and should be!!) part of a balanced diet. If you eat nutritional meals (with carbs, fat and protein) and eat your veg and fruits there is nothing wrong with eating chocolate and pizza if you want to! I do ☺️😃

i mean it really depends of how your body reacts to food, for example me in the morning i don't eat as much because i get bloated every time i eat something big, so i just eat single oatmeal, or a fruit or a smoothie, and she had like full calorie lunches so i guess it's all depending to you.

Firstly,in the morning or at lunchtime try to eat aaall of the carbs that you want to eat that day,and in the afternoon or in the evening really try to avoid carbs because you dont work out and all the carbs you ate will turn into fat,and while youre sleeping it will make you gain weight. But!!!if you eat carbs in the morning or maximum at 2 o’clock then you will use that energy and the carbs doesnt turn into fats. Also,if you eat nutella with apples for a DINNER snack,then you can also eat a bar of snickers with no regret because it contains kinda the same portion of sugar.:))❤️❤️ (im not american,so sorry for my mistakes)
