Working with Color Touch

Can you pls advise what percentage of grey Demi permanent colour covers if there’s 25% grey in the person’s hair? I’ve got Koleston perfect 4-0 but, don’t want to commit to it just yet but, if the Demi permanent won’t give full grey coverage I don’t want to waste time on it.

So if I have bleached hair level 10 with yellow undertones will I get a clear blonde with 10/81 and 10/0 plus colourctouch 1.9% ?
